It all starts with our initial consultation. We meet in our customers homes so that we can understand their lifestyle, their goals, aesthetic’s, ideas, plans for their pool, outdoor living environment, and future construction plans.
It’s our goal to make this a very transparent, straightforward process with excellent results. We believe communication is key and not only the design process, but throughout the entire construction process. We are excited about what we do at Kensko Aquatics and we want to share the difference in our construction techniques and our process with you.
14 inch wide bond beam, we use structural steel that is at least a half inch which Is typically 40% stronger than what most builders use, and those are our starting points.
The pool is typically a critical aspect of that but we don’t lose focus on the overall outdoor environmental plan.
We work with the major pool equipment brands and never install anything less than top tier pumps, filters, heaters, etc.
Tile selections, custom stone selections, decking selections, Plaster and Pool accompaniments are critical to our customers overall satisfaction.
Kensko aquatics LLC is founded on a bed rock of experience in pool construction, landscape and concrete construction techniques. It’s our founders goal to bring to the Texoma area top of the line construction techniques coupled with a keen eye towards aesthetics.
As custom pool builders and consumers we know that it’s more than just the pool, it’s the initial design consultation, Communication of the expected and unexpected throughout the building process, Construction techniques that are sound, secure and go above and beyond other local builders, and a final product that not only looks great but will last.
We use a standard 14 inch bond beam (most use 12), number 4 -half-inch rebar (Most use #3-3/8), We use 60 grade rebar in the pool in 40 on the spa 8 inch centers. That translates To a more structurally sound pool.
It’s our number one goal to design & build an aesthetically pleasing, structurally superior outdoor environment for your home.
Stronger Steel, thicker concrete, State of the art equipment, And proper design lay a foundation for A better performing and aesthetically pleasing pool.
